So by looking at about 600,000 other photography blogs and web sites it appears that I have to put some sort of descriptive, yet annoyingly repetitive tag line at the beginning of each post.  Apparently this helps boost my Google ranking which is the Holy Grail of having a web site.  I find it annoying. Google Analytics says that hits on my site are up more than 14,000 percent this month.  That seems good.

This process of getting the new site up and running has taken a whole lot longer than I planned, but the wait and effort are starting to pay off.  Thanks to Mike Paulus for all his work setting up the site and tweaking things as we have gone along.  If  you’ve found this blog then [...]
